Tomato and Cheese Omelette:
Ingredients:
1. Kashmir Cooking Oil
2. 2 eggs
3. 1 tomato, chopped
4. 1 onion, chopped
5. 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
6. Salt, to taste
7. Pepper, to taste
8. 1/2 teaspoon, red chili powder
9. Sliced cheese
Recipe:
1. Pour some oil into a frying pan and wait for it to heat up.
2. After the oil heats up, add the chopped tomato and sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste.
3. Add some chopped onions and continue to fry till the tomatoes and onions start to become brown. Then add the green chilies and keep the pan aside.
4. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and whisk it well. Add half a teaspoon red chilli powder and mix well.
5. Then pour some oil into another frying pan and add the mixture into the pan.
6. Once the egg is cooked, layer the set aside tomato, onion and chilies in the middle and add cheese on each side and on top and fold the omelette.
7. Once both the sides are completely cooked, plate the omelette and cut it in half. Serve it hot with bread and butter!

Ingredients:
1. Kashmir Cooking Oil
2. 2 eggs
3. 3 teaspoon red chilli flakes
4. Salt, to taste
Recipe:
1. Pour some oil into a frying pan and heat it.
2. Add 1 1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes into a pan and let it fry.
3. Carefully crack two eggs into the frying pan and sprinkle salt to taste.
4. Sprinkle 1 1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes over the eggs and once one side is cooked, flip the eggs onto the other side.
5. Once both the sides are cooked well, plate the eggs and enjoy with bread and butter!
