Customised Fittings & New Product Development

TetraFlow provides you with OEM services – outsourcing of your production through high quality contract manufacturing.

We make customised fittings for you, which allows you to enhance and extend your brand to cover a wider range of products. Making your fittings with us will reduce the costs of production while maintaining and enhancing the quality of your products.

1. Customised TetraFlow Fittings :

To order fittings from our current range in your brand or logo, we simply require a digital image of the branding you require, and we can begin production extremely quickly. Please see our product range to see how we can help you start your own brand of uPVC fittings.

2. New Product Development :

TetraFlow works with international manufacturers that want to take advantage of our advanced and economical manufacturing and technical design services.

By having specialised agreements with already established manufactures we create a unique offering – supplying customised fittings directly to our client’s customers internationally.

 

Our clients include well-known names such as Wavin, Europe’s largest pipe systems manufacturer, and we are a trusted OEM manufactures for brands in the Gulf and the UK.

If you are a manufacturer with large range of fittings or a supplier that wishes to have a factory at their disposal to start a new range, contact us and we will design products especially for your requirements.

    This procedure occurs on a project basis and follows a simple process:

  • 1. Our technical team brainstorms with your input to create creates CAD and 3D models of the product.
  • 2. After approval, an associated mould is designed and manufactured.
  • 3. A sample fitting is sent to you for testing and approval.
  • 4. The fittings are manufactured in our facilities and shipped out on your behalf along with relevant marketing materials.

The complete ownership of the mould and the product design remains with the customer.
